Expressdiagnostics of personality type on the method of eniostyle and socionics

In the article are considered the new direction of valeopsychology- eniostyle - and his combination with socionics, enabling to "see, "hear and "feel" the mechanisms of productive management the own conduct and conduct of other people, point them at the psychological correction of violations, and also to the psychosomatic pathology related to them. Such connection helps practical work on permission of personal and industrial conflicts, activation of professional qualities, opening for the person of its own way to self-realization.

A new scientific paradigm related to the further broadening of the notions of "information" and "informational interaction" lies in the basis of socionics.
