Application of New Technologies of Efficient Management at Large Industrial Enterprises

The experience of many years of applying new psycho-informational technologies at large industrial enterprises is described using the example of Nadymgazprom Co. (RAO Gazprom, Russia). These technologies have been applied for reorganization of workgroups, for creation of new managing teams providing business and psychological compatibility of employees, which significantly improved work ability and manageability of the workgroups.

Socionics in Personnel Management

Application of Socionics in team management for evaluation of personnel potential is described. It is demonstrated that application of socionic analysis of personalities of employees allows increasing efficiency of team management, conducting thought-out personnel policy, selecting staff correctly in order to create a harmoniously cooperating team. Several methods of determining employees' personality traits are given as examples.
Key words: management, personnel management, Socionics, people types, socionic types, Jungian type dimensions.

Methods of Personnel Management Optimization

Various methods and strategies of actions of personnel selection are considered. Advantages of the interview method of determining psychological and business capacities of an employee, his characteristic treats using socionics are described.
Key words: personnel management, personnel selection, interview, socionics, people types.

Organization Development Stages

The article describes four stages passed cyclically by each system (to include a company or another type of organization) in its development. Practical advises are given concerning transition from one stage to the next. Specific attention is paid to personnel required at each specific development stage.
Key words: organization, activity style, development stages, salary forms, corporate culture, personnel.

Creation of Optimal Student Groups Using Socionic Methods

It is demonstrated experimentally that consideration of information metabolism types of students of higher education institutions and their intertype relationships helps create learning groups with significantly higher performance level and allows the students to master the future occupation more successfully.
Key words: socionics, social psychology, creation of learning groups, performance, discipline, informational metabolism type, intertype relationships.

Socionics and Musical Business

Description of musical perception in terms of socionic aspects of informational flow is proposed. Correlation of different musical styles with the socionic types is demonstrated. An example of rock style is used to trace its development according to the quadral succession law of Bukalov and Gulenko.
Key words: musical business, musical perception, musical style, rock, musical culture development, show business, management, socionics, informational flow aspect, quadral succession law.

Informational Structure of Society

Augustinavichiute A.

The Socionic Nature of Humanity and Non-Socionity of the Society

Under consideration are fundamentals of Socionics, a theory of informational metabolism put forward by the author. The role of the system of informational metabolism types called Socion in functioning of the society is described; the role of complementary (dual) relationship is emphasized.
Key words: socionics, psychology, socion, informational metabolism type, intertype relationships, dual (complementary) relationship, diade.

Ethnic Cultural Types and Socionics

Considering the concept of culture as integral super-organism allows detecting psycho-informational types of cultures and describing them using socionic methods. Integral types of cultures or ethic mentalities of France, Ancient Athens and Sparta, India and Russia are described.

On Several Regularities of C.G.Jung's Typology

The results of A.Augustinavichiute's researches in socionics are presented (interpretation of intertype relationships as a system of 'strong' and 'weak' interactions, the Socion Cube as informational and reference system, the Periodical System of Socion, which allowed to introduce 4-component binary coding of the types and quantitative correlations represented as agreeability coefficient, forming together a picture of intertype relationships). A hypothesis of possible application spheres of socionics is proposed.

Model of Socion

The conceptual possibility of building periodical systems of socion (PSS) on all 840 Reinin bases is demonstrated. Should the dichotomy rationality/irrationality be considered as only conditionally belonging to the basis, then the total number of PSS in first approximation will make 20160. In this case each PSS represents a 'snapshot' or 'horizontal cut' of the Socion. Based on this presumption, the information metabolism type is construed as a probability-based cloud of existence in psycho-informational space. A hypothesis is proposed that, depending on real conditions of existence, a human may migrate towards other Reinin bases and exist in them, remaining in his own socionic type.
Key words: Periodical System of Socion (PSS), Jungian basis, Reinin bases, multitude of PSS, human socionic type (informational metabolism type, IMT), migration of IMT towards other bases, IMT as probability-based cloud of existence in psycho-informational space.
