A new look at the preliminary control in management

The main types of control in modern management are considered. It is shown that the control in the area of ??human resources is achieved through the analysis of the necessary business and professional knowledge and skills. The advantages of socionic analysis to make a "snapshot" of the moral and psychological state of the team and evaluate the effectiveness of interaction between employees are shown. It is indicated that the socionic analysis suggests managers are not disparate councils at the level of common sense and integrated technology to work with people based on their motivation.

Comparison of socionics and other typologies

A comparison of socionics as a science and technology with the Myers-Briggs typology and theory Keirsey is conducted. It is shown that, despite the general origin of these typologies from Jung's typology, socionics, in contrast, allows to give a complete picture of the structure of mental functions, description and forecast intertype relations in small and large groups. In the practical field socionics allows forming teams and collectives of any complexity and resolve conflicts. Using the information approach allows to apply the socionics methods in marketing, advertising, sociology and political science studies.

Сlassification of socionic small groups

Typology and classification of socionic small groups is considered from the viewpoint of bipolar attributes. All possible divisions of the Socion by four consisting of pairs of orthogonal attributes are considered. Two classes of small groups, homogeneous and non-homogenous, are distinguished.
