Socionic types at various levels of administration

The concept of level of administration in organization is considered. On a sample of 2583 people the soсionic factors, influencing on distributing of socionic types on the levels of administration, are investigated. It is shown that the representatives of some types become more often leaders and others — subordinates. Among 15 Jung-Augustinavichiute-Reinin traits only two appear the most significant for occupation of a senior position: “logic–ethics” and “extraversion–introversion”. The distribution by the levels of administration depending on belonging to quadra, stimuli groups, group argumentation, temperamental group, action attitude is investigated.

Controlling emotions and personality types

The hypothesis that from the point of view of system socionics the mechanism of TIM-control for biological systems is realized through emotional conditions is put forward. It is offered to name such emotions “controlling emotions”. The parallel between controlling emotions and “poisoning” emotions in the Buddhism is considered.

The phenomenon of exploitation and fair wages
