Observing function in semi-duality relations
The semi-duality relations, related to the group of comfortable ones, can be those both for a leader and for a subordinate. In practice nuances of interaction of functions of Model A which can lower efficiency of these relations have been noticed. For an illustration the semi-duality pair, consisting of the LSE as a chief and the ESI as subordinate, is chosen. The variants of decision are offered.

Passionate style of communication
Tetratomy «Styles of communication» is one of the most known among socionic groups and widely applied in practice. The knowledge of peculiarities of these groups (each group consist of 4 types of informational metabolism) and skill to reveal these peculiarities allows anyone to improve his sociability, to force up his self-reliance, to get a success in intercourse with family, friends and colleagues. With use of this knowledge, specialists applying socionics in their professional activity may improve the quality of diagnostics. In the paper, the passionate style of communication is treated, its key characteristics, peculiarities and manifestations, illustrating examples from classical literature are presented and discussed.

Kindred relations on the example of pair ESE–EIE
What kind of attraction do kindred relations have? In which cases are they necessary or not? What kind of benefit does such cooperation has? In what situation can the interaction with "kins" be really effective? This article deals these and other issues. Kindred relations are treated on the example of pair ESE–EIE. ESE and EIE will be treated on the base of model A, it will help to examine in detail peculiarities and nuances of kindred relations. In conclusion, general characteristics of kindred relations are summed up, advantages and weakness of this kind of relations with colleagues and friends are taken up.

Forgiveness as psychotherapy
In article the essence of therapy of the psychotraumas put by other subject is stated. An accent is done on the finishing stage of therapy — stage of "forgiveness". There are analytically selected types of information metabolism (TIM), which forgiveness is succeeded with great difficulty, and opposite to them "easy-forgiving" TIMs.
