Practice of application and possibility of method of socionical analysis in a search and selection of personnel
It is considered the application in practice of methods of socionical analysis in a search and selection of personnel and forming of collective, taking into account the typology features of employees on the example of "Publishing Houses X" LTD. The theoretical analysis of essence of a subsystem of search and selection of personnel is conducted; problems and prospects of diagnostics of competitors are revealed; the characteristic features of socionical analysis are considered; research of a psychological microclimate of collective is carried out and the profile of a post is made taking into account typological recommendations.
