Features of identification of TIM psyche are considered by a method of interview. The list of the most important qualities of the expert-socionist, and also the basic mistakes supposed in interview by entry-level interviewers is resulted. The knowledge of TIM model of psyche and skill of the interviewer to ask questions selecting the formulation corresponding to psyche function is one of the major conditions in many respects determining interview productivity.

Socionics is my advocate!
The article describes the author's experience of studying and application of socionics in Latvia. Using socionics for selection of partners for marriage has demonstrated efficiency of the socionic forecasting of relationships. For 7 years of working of the Scarlett Dating Club in Riga about 430 pairs found their counterparts: 43% duals, 31% activators, 20% illusionary, 8% semi-duals, 3% - all other relationships together. These results confirm theoretical foundations of socionics.
