The socionic methods for work with the personnel are described. The socionic inspection of workers gives the reliable result, confirmed by practice, which allows to optimum utilize the personnel of firm for implementation of project of leader.

Maslow's hierarchy of needs, information-metabolic model and concept of self-transcendence by V.Frankl

In the article is conducted a parallel between A.Maslow's motivational concept and informatively-metabolic model of psyche of human. It is put forward the assumption of close connection between basic properties of the personality and being needs ("B-needs") allocated by A.Maslow. On that basis the concepts of ("B-needs") and "personality needs" would be separated out. The "B-needs"-characteristics of types of information metabolism are offered.

The American statistics of psychological types under MBTI and its mistakes

The article represents analysis of statistical data acquired by testing in the US according to Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). It is demonstrated that application of MBTI results in significant systematic mistakes in determining diades (dual pairs, i.e. the pairs of complementary types). D.Keirsey's advices concerning compatibility of partners are criticized from the socionic viewpoint. Analysis of American statistical data of marriages between different types has confirmed the socionic viewpoint.

A new scientific paradigm related to the further broadening of the notions of "information" and "informational interaction" lies in the basis of socionics. Different informational aspects within the scope of the model of informational interaction between objects and subjects are considered.
