The Role of the Social Capital in School Development Management
Possibilities of application of socionics in school development and management activities are investigated. The author proposes to use the socionics model of structure of the person as a model of the social capital accounting. Research of verification of possibilities of its application in administrative practice has been carried out. Data and the analysis of testing of 260 teachers in Russian-speaking and Estonia-speaking schools by the Меged'-Ovcharov test are presented.

On Inborn Political Attitudes of Jung's Types
A hypothesis about interdependence of four political doctrines and Jung's four criteria of psychological types is proposed. The author assumes interdependence between socionics and political science, and considers possibilities of application of socionic methods in political science for the analysis of political processes of the past and the present.
