The Psycho-Informational Approach towards Personnel Profile Analysis

The article considers issues of using psycho-informational technologies in personnel management. Author's own methodology of determining personality type-relevant occupational choice is proposed, which may be used for making a "typical portrait" of a certain profession. The methodology has been probated on the selection of 72 people representing the occupation of notary.

On Risks of Using Personality Questionnaires for Personnel Selection

Influence of business motivation and th epersonality type on efficiency of sales managers is studied. The personality type can determine psychological comfort of working by certain profession and "acclimatization" in a professional workgroup. Long-time working on the position of a salesperson can result in professional deformation of personality, which reflects in a different personality type indicated by MBTI testing.

Human Dualistic Nature

It is a classic work outlining principles of socionics. It describes 16 types of informational metabolism (TIM) which form together the Socion. The latter represents generalization of C.G.Jung's psychological typology. Nature of erotic senses is researched. The work demonstrates that every TIM has its own complementary (dual) type, the best compatible partner in private life (family and friendship), at work and at rest, which protects by his strong traits the most vulnerable traits of his partner.
