Mutual Understanding with Colleagues
Our relations with colleagues often influence and determine our mood, world outlook, even self-feeling, this is why it is so important to establish in due time psychological climate in a workgroup. Each person should be perceived as is: do not attempt to make your partner "a different kind" but try rather to softly make him adapt to yourself or even try yourself to adapt to him. Socionics suggests ways how to do it: look for the one who will complement you in your work, and try to distribute responsibilities with him; try to behave in the way your colleague subconsciously expects.
