Socionics in Personnel Management
Application of Socionics in team management for evaluation of personnel potential is described. It is demonstrated that application of socionic analysis of personalities of employees allows increasing efficiency of team management, conducting thought-out personnel policy, selecting staff correctly in order to create a harmoniously cooperating team. Several methods of determining employees' personality traits are given as examples.
