Socionics in Collective Management
Socionics implementation for scientific research collectives is shown on the example of management style by different types of informational metabolism. Working styles in 4 naturally formed stable small groups (quadras) are discussed together with character of their tasks and styles of activity.

Socionics in Personnel Management
Application of Socionics in team management for evaluation of personnel potential is described. It is demonstrated that application of socionic analysis of personalities of employees allows increasing efficiency of team management, conducting thought-out personnel policy, selecting staff correctly in order to create a harmoniously cooperating team. Several methods of determining employees' personality traits are given as examples.

Occupational Choice Test for Different Personality Types
A test determining preferable spheres of activities according to the socionic types is proposed, including lists of proposed occupations in 4 spheres of activities: technological, social, research and humanitarian. The authors describe their experience of consulting in the cases when sphere of activities chosen by their clients did not match their peculiarities determined by their psychological types.

Functional Roles of Types in the Quadra and the Socion Groups
Each informational metabolism type is proved to play one of the 4 fixed functional roles: a programmer, an executor, a corrector or a coordinator. Socionic types performing equal functional roles are united unto Social Order Loops.

Experiments with 8 Reinin small groups, psychological condition and nature of interaction between members of each of the small groups are described.

This article explains basic prerequisites, categories and concepts of Socionics, a science describing a system of Socion (the unity of 16 personality types), socionic nature of a human being and socionic structure of the society, different informational metabolism types of people and different forms of interactions (relationships) between them.
