Psychological Climate in Tourist Organizations and Tourist Groups: Socionic Aspect
Peculiarities of long-isolated small groups (LISG) are described, such as stricter (compared to society as usual) manifestation of intertype relationships (IR) and 'redefinition' of secondary IR in quasi-quadras. Thus while the supervision IR sometimes 'softens' in its manifestations (without changing its informational essence), the social order IR sharpens drastically and begins to resemble the supervision IR.

The article considers issues of detecting children's gifts in the early age and peculiarities of developing them using methods of the psychical informational metabolism theory, i.e. socionics. Kinds of gifts are classified by Jung's psychical functions, also called informational metabolism functions. The dominant style of thinking allows to propose a possible field of child's occupational preparation and to develop his gifts in the chosen direction. Target attitudes of each informational metabolism type are described.

Informational Structure of Society
Evolution of Society and Quadral Succession Law
A new law of historical evolution of society as a psycho-informational system is formulated. This law is called Quadral Succession Law, where quadra is a specific group of informational metabolism types. Dynamics of society is described in terms of this law. It is demonstrated that such regularities are possible to trace back at various time spans and make together a hierarchical evolutional structure: from small workgroups up to nations.

Aspects and model of the informational metabolism (A-Model) are described.

Determining Informational Metabolism Type of Technical Objects
The possibility of determining informational metabolism type (IMT) of technical objects (machinery) is demonstrated. Technical terminology and stages of technological process find their correlations in terms of informational metabolism functions. IMT of two technical objects, a shuttle loom and a watch, are determined as examples.
Key words: socionics, machinery, technical object (machine), informational metabolism type model.
